Adult Personal Training Program.

This Program is designed for athletes and for those who simply want to get their body in top condition to keep up with today's busy schedules, no matter how old you are or what shape you're in.

Cardio Program ~ 60 Min.

  • Initial Consultation and Evaluation
  • Pre and Post Testing, Recognize Progress
  • Dynamic Warm-Up
  • Incorporating: Treadmill, Circuit Training, and Core Strengthening
  • Designed to help shed away unwanted pounds and reach your fitness training goals!
  • Healthy Heart Program- 12 Treadmill Sessions

Strength Program ~ 60 Min.

  • Initial Consultation and Evaluation
  • Pre and Post-Testing, Recognize Progress
  • Dynamic Warm-Up
  • Incorporating: Barbells, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Medicine balls, ect.
  • Increasing lean muscle mass to help burn unwanted fat cells and to sculpt your arms, chest, back, legs and core.

Cardio/Strength Program ~ 60 Min.

  • Initial Consultation and Evaluation
  • Pre and Post Testing, Recognize Progress
  • Dynamic Warm-Up
  • Incorporate Resistance training complimented with cardio training to create the most effective training methodology for a powerhouse of strength and endurance.
  • Great for all ages to promote muscle mass and bone density, while forming an efficient and healthy heart.

6 Week Program Info:
DATES: October 31st, January 2nd, February 13th, March 26th and April 2nd

HOURS
of operation for the adult personal training are Mon. - Fri. 5 am - 2 pm and Saturdays by appointment

COST:

12 Sessions (2 times per week) ~ $425.00
18 sessions (3 times per week) ~ $550.00
