Off-Site Training Program.

Acceleration has been the leader in sports performance training in Minnesota for 20 years. Athletes normally come to our facilities to receive speed, strength, and conditioning training from our qualified staff.  Now we have a program in which our trainers travel to your gym, field, or facility and run our dry land training programs for the entire team.  This is a great way to include everyone in our plyometric and ground based speed training programs.

How does this training option work?

  • Choose a 5 to 8 week time period when you would want to coordinate a training program
  • Choose the times of the morning, afternoon, or evening that this program will operate
  • Choose a gymnasium, field, or facility that will host our training program
  • Acceleration will customize a registration for you to hand out to all possible participants
  • All registrations will go through the school, organization, or person in charge of setting this program up.
  • The organization, school, or coach will pay Acceleration North the total amount agreed upon for the training program after registrations have been collected.

SPORTS:
Acceleration has programs designed for ALL sports.

FEES:

  • Acceleration will charge a $150 per hour fee for training on-site (Ex.  A 12 session training program will cost $1,800)
  • 12 training sessions is the preferred number of sessions to be completed
  • Up to 24 athletes can sign up for each group
  • This keeps the cost to $6.25 per athlete per session ($75 per person)

Each 55 minute training session will include:

  • Pre and post testing on first and last session
  • Proper warm ups and cool downs
  • Agility and multi-directional speed drills
  • Low and high impact plyometrics (depending on individuals)
  • Conditioning
  • Strength and power training
  • Core training

Equipment needed:

  • Depending on the location, Acceleration can use the school’s equipment or bring some basic training tools such as cones, ladders, tires, and medicine balls.
  • This can be discussed between both parties prior to committing to a program.
