Based
on the same physiological principles that have been used to
train thousands of athletes around the world with the Frappier
Acceleration Sports Training Programs, the Recreational
Athlete Program is tailored to fit an individual's fitness
level as well as designed to be enjoyable and productive so
that you can work out, see positive results and still be able
to perform the activities of the day.

Safety
Safety of the athlete is #1. Athletes train
in a controlled environment allowing trainers to inform them
of the specific drills prior to beginning. They are under
adult supervision during training sessions and are always
spotted when running on the Super Treadmill. The Super Treadmill
has a subsurface designed from interchangeable polymers that
provides additional shock absorption. The treadmill also has
a specially-designed spotting mechanism and handlebar for
backward running. A safety harness is also used when the athlete
is back pedaling.

If you’re new to Acceleration we suggest you first try our 6-Week SPQ Program. After you complete your first program you may want to consider the Speed Pass or Maintenance Training. This will help maintain the fitness increases from your first program.
Each athlete will receive a customized program that includes pre and post testing and specific combinations of plyometric, powermetric, core strength and running treadmill training. Certain athletes will also utilize our patented sport cord technology to improve coordination and explosiveness. 6-Week SPQ Program: 18 one-hour sessions: Speed and Agility Training
Each athlete will receive a customized program that includes
specific combinations of plyometric, powermetric, core strength
and SuperTreadmill training. Certain athletes will also utilize
our patented sport cord technology to improve coordination

SPQ Speed Pass With the Speed Pass you can utilize Acceleration’s running treadmill, strength training and plyometric and agility training as much as you like for the length of the pass. You can still expect the same exceptionally low trainer to athlete ratio, one-on-one attention and tailored program; now you just get more of it. For best results we recommend at least 3 workouts per week and no more then 4. Sign up for a 4 week, 8 week or 3, 6 or 12 month Speed Pass and get unlimited training for the length of the pass. This is available year round for all sports and has program upgrades listed below.
