Kurt Haring - Owner
Education: 1996 Champlin Park H.S. Grad, University of Minnesota
Degree: Commercial Recreation
Sports Played: Baseball, Football, Basketball
Training Experience: Running baseball camps and clinics since 1997 and training at Acceleration NW since 2003
Personal: I have been married to my wife Jill since June 2007 We have a son, Tyler, born May 2008. We are expecting a daughter June 2011
Other : Specializes in Baseball training. Played Baseball at the University of Minnesota – won 3 Big Ten Conference/Tournament Championships and earned All-Big Ten Honors in 2001. Has worked with numerous college and professional athletes including - Matt Birk (Baltimore Ravens), Robb Quinlan (Philadelphia Phillies), Jack Hannahan (Cleveland Indians), Luke Appert (Phillies Org.), Brent Krause (St. Paul Saints), Kyle Knudson (Twins Org.)

Have been owner of Acceleration NW since December 2004.

Pat O'Leary - Facility and Hockey Director
Education: 1998 Armstrong H.S. Grad, 2002 University of Minnesota
Degree: Kinesiology
Sports Played: Hockey, Baseball, Football
Training Experience: 12 years running Hockey Camps and Clinics and 10 years training at Acceleration Northwest
Personal: I have been married to my wife Carly since 2002. We have a daughter, Lyla, born March 2010.
Other: Specializes in Hockey Training. Played College Hockey at the University of Minnesota and was a member of the 2002 National Championship Team. Has worked with many college and professional athletes including – Derek Peltier (Colorado Avalanche), Grant Potulny (Ottawa Org.) Nick Angell (Swedish Elite League), Robbie Dee (Maine University), Matt Godlewski (Princeton University), Jordan Leopold (Colorado Avalanche), Kurt Davis (Mankato State).

Currently on the Athletic Republic Hockey Advisory Committee.

Paul Elsing - C.S.C.S
Education:Southwest Minnesota State University, 2008 Graduate.
Degree: Sports Management, C.S.C.S. Certified, May 2010
Training Experience:Three years Performance training at Acceleration North West. Three years Personal Training at Acceleration North West. Osseo High School summer Speed and Agility Camp Trainer. Individual Skills Clinic Assistant Trainer. Bantam/High-School Elite Hockey Camp Assistant Trainer. STMA Peewee/Bantam Speed and Agility Trainer.
Hobbies: Running (Completed multiple 5K and 10K Races and Completed the Great River Ragnar Relay in 2009), Golf, Biking, Hockey and Staying Active.
