The Generation II Super Treadmill teaches you the skill of running faster than you ever could over ground.
This results from its potential 40% incline. Incline running
allows a greater recruitment of muscles, resulting in increased leg power and endurance. Our qualified
trainers critique your running mechanics to improve • knee drive • arm swing • leg turnover

BIKE
Training Components: Plyometrics
Dynamic stability means power in all directions and stability
under all situations. • Increased cardiovascular endurance
• improved muscular coordination patterns. Backpedaling
training backward up an incline is a great way to overload
the quadriceps and hamstrings. Their is little to no force
on the knee joint allowing for a safe and effective way to endurance train.
SWIM
Training Components: Strength
Power is strength during movement. If you want to swim, bike,
and run farther and faster,
you need power. Implementing a strength program that focuses
on muscular endurance is essential in toning muscles.
Improving strength will reduce unnecessary stress on the body;
and will optimize your training for the best results.

If you’re new to Acceleration we suggest you first try our 6-Week SPQ Program. After you complete your first program you may want to consider the Speed Pass or Maintenance Training. This will help maintain the fitness increases from your first program.
Each athlete will receive a customized program that includes pre and post testing and specific combinations of plyometric, powermetric, core strength and running treadmill training. Certain athletes will also utilize our patented sport cord technology to improve coordination and explosiveness. All programs will be tailored based on the age, ability and performance goals of each individual athlete. For a group discount, sign up together with friends or teammates.
6-Week SPQ Program: 18 one-hour sessions: Speed and Agility Training
Each athlete will receive a customized program that includes
specific combinations of plyometric, powermetric, core strength
and SuperTreadmill training. Certain athletes will also utilize
our patented sport cord technology to improve coordination
and explosiveness. All programs will be tailored based on
the age, ability and performance goals of each individual

4-Week SPQ Program: 12 one-hour sessions: Speed and Agility Training
If you’re in a crunch for time or you are a multiple
sport athlete and need to limit your training sessions to

SPQ Speed Pass With the Speed Pass you can utilize Acceleration’s running treadmill, strength training and plyometric and agility training as much as you like for the length of the pass. You can still expect the same exceptionally low trainer to athlete ratio, one-on-one attention and tailored program; now you just get more of it. For best results we recommend at least 3 workouts per week and no more then 4. Sign up for a 4 week, 8 week or 3, 6 or 12 month Speed Pass and get unlimited training for the length of the pass. This is available year round for all sports and has program upgrades listed below. If registering online for a multi-month Pass your credit card will be automatically charged the monthly amount each month. Contact us for group and family discounts.
